WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (WHCU) — Schuyler County Administrator Fonda Chronis says his vision for progress no longer aligns with the legislature. 

WENY-TV reports Chronis and county leadership have agreed to mutually part ways, effective tomorrow. Chronis was put on paid administrative leave two weeks ago for unknown reasons. Chronis spent less than two years in the position.

A timeline for his replacement is not currently known.
