ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — It’ll be a busy afternoon for Ithaca town officials.

The Planning Committee meets today to discuss a draft homeless encampment policy. Officials will also review plans for the East Shore Drive pedestrian and bicyclist safety project, and the Tompkins Green Energy Network.

The meeting starts at 3 PM at Ithaca Town Hall.
