SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WHCU) — New information has been released by Syracuse Police in a death investigation. 

Timothy Palms is being charged with manslaughter in the death of John Colucci. Police say Colucci, who was 62, was found in March with a head injury from a suspected physical attack. He died last week.

Investigators identified Palms as the attacker, and he was arrested and charged with Colucci’s death yesterday. Palms was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
