ENDICOTT, N.Y. (WHCU) – Authorities in Broome County are investigating a murder.

Endicott Police responded to shots fired on Adams Avenue in the village around 1:35 p.m. on Saturday, July 1. Officers found a 25-year-old man wounded in a parking lot. The man, who is not being identified at this time, was transported to a Wilson Hospital where he later died from his injuries. A suspect was seen fleeing the area on foot towards McKinley Avenue. No further information is being released at this time.
