ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Despite rain in the forecast, there are still currently some opportunities to see fireworks locally.

In Cortland County, Hope Lake Park at Greek Peak in Virgil is having a block party starting at 6:00 p.m. tonight with fireworks at dark. In Cayuga County, head over to Emerson Park in Auburn for the Syracuse Symphoria at 8:00 p.m. with fireworks to follow.

In Tompkins County on Tuesday, the Inn at Taughannock Falls located in Trumansburg will have fireworks at dark.
