OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Construction starts Monday on a pair of Owego projects.

Village Mayor Mike Baratta says crews will work on the Court Street parking lot and the sewer line behind Lake Street. He adds streetlights on State Route 434 will be done as soon as possible.

Work on the Church Street parking lot behind the Tioga Theater is set for August.
