ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A deadline looms for a civic-minded contest in Tompkins County.

The Board of Elections will accept submissions for the “I Voted” and “Future Voter” sticker contests through Memorial Day. The “Future Voter” contest is open to students K-5, and the “I Voted” contest is open to students in grades 6-12.

It’s the third year of the contest, which has grown in popularity since being introduced in 2023.

Artwork must have a local theme and include red, white, and blue colors. Winners will have their submission featured on stickers for this year’s general election.

Contest rules and a submission form can be found here.
