CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) – Authorities in Cortland County are trying to track down the owners of a dog that bit someone.

An employee at Cortland Line on Kellog Road in Cortlandville was bitten Monday, June 12, 2023, around 3:30 p.m. by a black and tan Beagle mix belonging to an older man and woman. The pair were fishing on the property. The man is described as 6′ tall with brown hair and the woman is slender with long red hair. They were driving an early 2000’s white Dodge Ram.
