CORNING, N.Y. (WHCU) — For the first time in Steuben County’s history, prosecutors are investigating a case of revenge porn.

Corey Warner was indicted Tuesday on 263 charges, including public display of offensive sexual content, endangering the welfare of a child, and aggravated family offense.

Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says the 40-year-old Corning man distributed the images between February 14 and March 14 of this year against the will of the victim.

Warner has not been arraigned.
