OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Tioga County Public Works Department is seeking contractors for a pair of projects.

Officials aim to pave Crumtown Road in Spencer. Contractors should submit bids by June 21.

The Department of Public Works also seeks help paving Harford Road in Richford. Bids for that project are due June 23.
