ELMIRA, NY (607NewsNow) — With over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate and more than one billion dollars in closed deals, Managing Director of Titan Commercial Realty Group Todd J. Drowlette is bringing his expertise to television.

The Real Estate Commission with Todd J. Drowlette is a non-scripted show that takes viewers “inside the high-stakes world of buying and leasing commercial real estate from coast to coast. Todd and his team collaborate with brokers nationwide to engineer deals that redefine real estate,” according to the A&E website. The show is currently casting “local business owners and business executives who are actively looking to purchase or lease commercial real estate in the Elmira and Corning markets… as well as real estate agents who are local market experts,” per their website.

What does it mean to “redefine real estate”?

“We want to redefine what commercial real estate is in peoples’ mind. It’s not just buying and flipping and selling a property, it’s the gas station you stop at before work, the doctor’s office you go to, the office space your company uses. We want to show people how things end up where they are and show the ins and outs of that process,” says Drowlette.

Why cast in Elmira?

“There are over 100 realty TV shows, and most of them are based in Los Angeles or New York City. Being based in Albany, NY, I know how underrepresented places like Upstate TNew York are. That’s where most deals happen, there’s opportunity everywhere.”

What can viewers expect from the show?

“It’s a docuseries, so it shows the actual process of helping clients. People will get to see all sides of every deal. I’ve closed over 1,600 deals in my career, and it’s true that every good deal dies three times before it actually happens. It’ll display the actual inner workings of commercial real estate.”

What are you most looking forward to about the show?

“As a commercial real estate expert, we spend lots of time educating people. Most don’t even realize commercial real estate agents are a thing and think they have to figure it out and navigate deals on their own. This is the first ever TV show about commercial real estate, so it’s exciting to be able to open up the field to more people. If you like ‘Shark Tank’, ‘The Profit’, shows like that, this will be the show for you.”

The show is set to air on Sunday, October 12th, 2025. Anyone actively looking for or selling commercial real estate should audition and can find more information about how to participate here.

A two-day immersive bootcamp for high schoolers to learn more about real estate and how to get started in the field called “Titans of Tomorrow” will also be offered by Titan Commerical Realty Group on June 26th and 27th of this year at Siena College.
