DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) — Dryden is receiving financial support from Albany.
The town is getting $3.7 million for the Freese Road Apartments, a new housing project. Funding was announced Wednesday by New York’s Department of Homes and Community Renewal. Officials say the project will include 53 mixed income units close to a TCAT stop.
Also this week, HCR announced $7.1 million to support construction of the Meadow on Seneca in Ithaca.
