ULYSSES, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Pennsylvania man has been charged with sex abuse in Tompkins County. 

State Police say Edwin Garcia had inappropriate sexual contact with a child in Ulysses under the age of 11. The 65-year-old was arrested Sunday morning and charged with aggravated sexual abuse, which is a felony.

Garcia is being held at the Tompkins County Jail on $100,000s cash bail.
