ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Strong wind is coming back to the Southern Tier. 

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Ithaca and Owego from 11 o’clock this morning to 4 a.m. tomorrow, March 7, and Cortland and Binghamton from 3 o’clock today until 4 o’clock tomorrow morning.

Forecasters say wind gusts up to 50 miles an hour are expected.
