WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (WHCU) — A 65-year-old Penn Yan man faces manslaughter charges in a drug death.

Prosecutors in Schuyler County say Ted Miller sold drugs to Kimberly Owens, which resulted in her death last March. Miller is charged with manslaughter and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

He was arraigned Thursday with bail set at $25,000 cash.
