Ulysses to fly women’s suffrage, pride flags

ULYSSES, NY (607NewsNow) — In the coming months, more flags will fly in Ulysses.

The Town Board recently approved flying the women’s suffrage flag in March for Women’s History Month. Later this year, in June, the town will display the pride flag as part of Pride Month.

The decision, however, was not unanimous. Board member Michael Boggs voted against the measure.
