CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Cortland County leaders are looking at a contract.

The deal involves design and construction services at the county airport. Officials would pay consultant firm McFarland Johnson roughly $422,000 to help build an aircraft hangar and improve the parking lot.

The Highway Committee will talk about the contract on Tuesday, Jan. 7. If the deal moves forward, county legislators will have the final say.
