VIRGIL, N.Y. (WHCU) – The victim in a fatal Cortland County crash has been identified.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office was called to a one vehicle crash on South Hill Road in the Town of Virgil at approximately 7:42 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Authorities say 54-year-old Bryan Richardson was traveling westbound when he lost control of his UTV.  Richardson was ejected from the vehicle and passed away from his injuries.
