DRYDEN, NY (CortacaToday) — Dryden wants to lower a speed limit.
Town Supervisor Jason Leifer tells WHCU it’s in response to a recent deadly crash.
The speed limit is currently 55 miles an hour. Leifer wants it lowered to 45. Meantime, Leifer says Tompkins County made a quick fix.
Last month, 63-year-old Daniel Heath was killed in a 2-car collision on Sheldon Road.
