PREBLE, NY (CortacaToday) — A Cortland County town is staying patient with a potential law.

Preble is considering banning short-term rentals. Attorney Donald Armstrong said the town is awaiting input from the Cortland County Planning Board.

“You have to wait for their recommendation before you can then take action,” he said.

The board meets one week from today. After that, Preble lawmakers will possibly take action in December.
