ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — President-elect Donald Trump is tapping New York names to join him at the White House.
Trump has selected Congresswoman Elise Stefanik to represent the US at the United Nations. Stefanik represents the North Country and has led the House Republican Conference since 2021.
According to CBS News, Trump has chosen former New York gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin to lead the Environmental Protection Agency. Zeldin was defeated in 2022 by Governor Kathy Hochul.
