ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Ithaca is changing its approach to the Green New Deal. 

 Sustainability Director Rebecca Evans tells WHCU that while the city’s goals will remain the same, they’re making adjustments to the Climate Action Plan.

She describes the change as a more ‘human’ approach. 

Evans says Ithacans weren’t seeing themselves in the previous climate action plan.
