HOMER, NY (CortacaToday) — A Cortland County village will not be adding digital signs anytime soon.
On Tuesday, Homer trustees approved a six-month moratorium on LED signs. Mayor Hal McCabe said the plan is to go slow.
“This is why we’re doing the moratorium, so we have more time to look into it,” he said.
Deputy Mayor Patrick Clune said the village must use the time “constructively.”
