OWEGO, NY (CortacaToday) — A pair of events are happening this weekend in Owego.
The 4th annual Village Appreciation Night is taking place tonight from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The event at Marvin Park will feature wagon rides, live music, and a hot air balloon.
On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Apalachin Library will host a celebration called Fall Fest. There’ll be cider, games, and a paranormal investigation team.
