CORTLAND, NY (CortacaToday) — Cortland County’s strategic plan is now available. 

A draft of the Elevate Cortland plan was released Thursday by county officials. The five-year plan includes four focus areas: energy and sustainability, housing, economic development, and infrastructure.

The plan, which is Cortland County’s first strategic plan since the 1970s, is available for public comment at the Elevate Cortland website until November 26th.
